When I was in a very low place, I once dreamed I was on the rooftop of an impossibly tall building. The space was just big enough for one person; nothing surrounded me except a single pane of glass, and a social worker sat on either side. They talked among themselves, saying, “We’re about to move on to a better place.” I told the dream to an elder, and she answered, “It’s okay to be not okay.”

Stary：當我處於一個很低迷的狀態時，有天我夢見自己在一個極度高且只能容納一人空間的高樓頂端，旁邊什麼都沒有，只有一層玻璃把我包圍，而我前後都坐著社工，他們對談說：「我們快要搬離去更好的地方了」。我把這個夢告訴一個長輩，她回答我說：「It’s ok to be not okay.」
